In the built-in spreadsheet you can edit, format, link and manipulate document variables as ordinary spreadsheet cells. In the built-in text processor you place the document variables in a document template, format them, insert tables, pictures etc. The permanent coupling between the spreadsheet and the text processor makes switching between the both views extremely easy.
